Dezine Tip of the Day - Door Hardware
A practical item in interior design, but one often left to chance an allowing the building contractor to specify is door hardware. We are so busy thinking about how the interior will look that we forget that we need to be able to get in and out of the doors and make the space secure. Door stops are specified even less and are a vital part of door hardware as they protect your walls from the door handle bashing through it. A little tip when specifying these is to ensure that the doorstop is long enough to stop the door before the handle reaches the wall!
