Making the most of Children's Bedroom Space - Interior Dezine Tip of the Day

Children's bedrooms can often be small but the amount of toys that have are large! You need to use every available space to keep the bedroom tidy. Under the bed is a great place to have roll away storage containers for toys, seasonal clothes, or this space can be used for a trundler bed for visiting friends, reducing the need for another regular bed in the space. This keeps the room open and is a good use of space for an occasional activity like a sleepover. Stacking boxes or cubes are another way to keep the toys in the bedroom tidy.

  1. Thanks for the tips! Bunk Beds, draws under beds and smart use of cupoard space can help - especially if more than one child is sharing the room.

  2. Great ideas for saving space in the children’s rooms. Another space saving technique is installing a ceiling fan which takes the bulky fan from off the floor and leaves more free room for toys!
