Painting Preparation - Interior Dezine tip of the Day
Make sure the surface you are going to paint is clean!! This is essential, especially in kitchen areas where the walls can have oily residue from cooking. Use sugar soap for cleaning.
Unfortunately it often takes more time to prepare the surfaces for painting than it does to paint them but it is well worth the time and effort.
